Zhangjiagang Hengchang Investment Development Co., Ltd. was founded in October 1965. It was reformed from original Shazhou County Chemical Plant. In 1986 and 1999, it has been renamed twice. And was established under the investment of Hengchang Investment and France Rhodia Company in 2001. In 2010, it was modified to present name under the approval of Zhangjiagang Industry and Commerce Administration. In over 50 years, it has become a new type investment enterprise from original chemical factory.
